最近またもや仕事でストレスが溜まってきていて、 いろんな病気の人がいる人ゴミで働いて接客をしていることもあり、 風邪をひいてしまいました。風邪だけでも結構辛い。病院行きたくなる気もする。はじめは喉が痛いだけだったんですが、段々熱もでてきて 夜勤中も下痢が止まらなく仕事がはかどらなかったのです。

クロックスのユーコンを買いました。ユーコンは普通のクロックスに革が張ってあり、裏底も普通のクロックスよりも分厚く硬い素材で出来ています。その分普通のクロックスより重くて硬いです。履いてみると普通のサンダルよりは重いなという印象です。革が張ってあって高級感がある分、値段は5000円ほどしますのでそれ相応の見た目と言う感じです。

KAMAIN-J。カマイン ジェー。なんだかよくわからないショップ名です。このショップは楽天市場に店舗がある洋服屋です。おそらく輸入です。服にあんまり興味ないのですが、服の見た目と、珍しさに釣られて何着か買ってみました。

私しらしからぬアウトドアな出来事です。会社の同僚と二色の浜公園でバーベキューしてきた。まあいろいろ大変だったけど楽しかったです。

唇の上と下をテープで止めて寝る。絆創膏（バンドエイド）の切れ端で 唇の上と下をテープで止めて寝ています。歯医者で進められた寝方です。寝ているとき口をあけて寝ているので、 前の歯の隙間が開き、歯茎がはれています。

歯が痛い 虫歯がいっぱい出来ているんで、 歯医者に通っているんだが、 2月からいかない日が続いていた。まだ行ってない。さすがに前の治療から4ヶ月たってしまったので 電話予約しました。レントゲンや型も取り直さないといけないな。

用事で近くを通りかかったので全興寺-地獄堂に行ってきた。第七番 薬師如来 住所は、大阪府大阪市平野区平野本町4丁目12-21です。隣には、朝日新聞社の小林新聞舗（1928年竣工／国登録有形文化財）があります。

今携帯電話が流行っているが、私は未来には絶対にＭＳＮメッセンジャーのような連絡手段が日本で一番の連絡ツールになると思う。なぜなら、ネットワークにつなげるということが低価格、もしくは無料で常識化し携帯電話端末での常時接続が当たり前になるからです。

テレビ番組、テレビ東京（大阪ではテレビ大阪）の空から日本を見てみようが面白い。初めてみたけどおもしろい。初めて見たのが瀬戸内海の島々なんだけれども すごく景色がよく、海も綺麗、橋、島も綺麗。

口内炎が痛くて仕事に集中できないと親に言ってみると、 「あ～クスリあったんちゃうか」といって 化粧棚をゴソゴソしたらでてきたんですよ薬が。口内炎に軟膏つけたらその場所が保護されて一時的に痛くなくなる奴 ＝ケナログ口腔内軟膏でした。

昨日はどうしても風邪と口内炎で辛くて仕事が進まなくて病院に行ってきました。診察では扁桃腺が腫れているといわれて風邪薬をもらいました。 （気づかなかったんですが、触られると結構腫れてました。）
